The Principal Business Process Consultant, ServiceNow Product, will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction, helping them grow their business on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires expertise in business process consulting, customer service, and technology implementation, with a focus on accelerating customer business outcomes.
Requirements
- 8 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Strong understanding of leading Customer Service and/or Field Service and related systems and tools
- Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements by authoring user stories that support Agile Development
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult senior leaders in a large organization
- Certification Requirements: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Customer Service Management (CSM) Implementor, Field Service Management (FSM) Implementor
