ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect - Marketing to help drive the definition and adoption of architecture principles, industry best practices, and design patterns across Marketing and Go-to-Market functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, designing and architecting marketing technologies, and strong technical expertise across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience in designing and architecting marketing technologies, with a strong grasp of the Marketing, Go-to-Market, and analytics landscape.
- Strong and deep technical expertise across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations as well as strong domain knowledge on what is “best in class” digital experience for Enterprise products.
