We're looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect - Marketing to help drive the definition and adoption of architecture principles, industry best practices, and design patterns across Marketing and Go-to-Market functions. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, designing and architecting marketing technologies, and strong technical expertise across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience in designing and architecting marketing technologies, with a strong grasp of the Marketing, Go-to-Market, and analytics landscape.
- Strong and deep technical expertise across applications, data, infrastructure, and integrations as well as strong domain knowledge on what is “best in class” digital experience for Enterprise products.
- Good understanding of MarTech /AdTech stacks, CMS, CDP, CRM, A/B testing, Headless CMS, personalization, Marketing Automation, UX/UI design and modern web/mobile development practices.
- Experience in content management, developing engagement and experience systems, and staying informed about innovations in marketing technology, including generative AI and chatbots
- Demonstrated success in an architect role, leading the design of technology architectures, workflows, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in delivering phased solutions that address immediate business needs while advancing long-term strategic goals.
- Adept at tailoring communication for different audiences, from high-level executive summaries to in-depth technical discussions with practitioners.
- Utilize deep knowledge of digital technologies and best practices to shape technical strategies, guide software development, provide technical support, and optimize tool usage for efficiency.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining business architecture models, roadmaps, business capabilities, and standards.
- Continuously monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and application rationalization.
