We are seeking a visionary Principal Scientist to join our North America R&D Transformation team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of knowledge management, data analytics, and digital R&D transformation.
Requirements
- BS in Business, Information Management, Computer or Data Sciences or related field and/or relevant experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, process design, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with others, driving results through influence and expertise
- Adept at managing multiple assignments and deadlines concurrently and prioritize tasks with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Power Platform including Excel, Power Pivot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
- Strong Foundation in Data Engineering and Programming, such as SQL and Python
- Familiarity with SAP and PLM systems for Global Specifications and Data
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, with passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Electronic Lab Notebooks, Regulatory landscape is a plus
