DMI is seeking a Principal, Senior Solution Architect to provide thought leadership and develop solution strategies to grow DMI's innovation capabilities and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud and IT infrastructure technologies, IT service management best practices, and ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions.
Requirements
- Strong expertise and experience in cloud (at least in one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and IT infrastructure technologies (storage, networking, etc.)
- Strong expertise and experience in IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL, CMMI Service, ISO 20K, etc.)
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM platform solutions
- Expertise in mobility management solutions: unified endpoint management, mobile threat management, device lifecycle management, telecom expense management, IoT management and event analytics, or mobile app development
- Experience with modern zero trust remote access technologies: Zero Trust Network Access, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Enterprise Browser solutions
- Experience or knowledge on IT service desk service best practices and industry trends
- Comprehensive knowledge of latest market trends in cloud, security, AI/ML, and advanced networking solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in proposal solutioning and writing
