We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join our team. As a functional and technical expert, you will consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions. You will be responsible for providing architectural guidance, business acumen, and deep product expertise to our customers and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- At least 12 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex, highly-capable, technologies
- At least 5 years of advisory consultation experience related to implementing across multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions
