ServiceNow is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant to work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will be the technical expert for customer engagements and will lead design workshops, provide training, and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Full Scope Poly Clearance
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex, highly-capable, technologies – inclusive of integrations and portals
- Maintain skills / certifications on CIS-IRM and any other risk implementation certifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- United States Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance
