We are seeking an experienced Process Lead to lead and develop processes related to the ServiceNow platform for our customers. As a key player in our team, you will ensure that processes are effective, sustainable, and adapted to the customer's operations. With a deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks, you will lead workshops, facilitate requirement gathering, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless process execution.
