We are seeking an experienced Process Lead to lead and develop processes related to the ServiceNow platform for our customers. As a key player in our team, you will ensure that processes are effective, sustainable, and adapted to the customer's operations. With a deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks, you will lead workshops, facilitate requirement gathering, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless process execution.

Requirements

  • Long experience of process development and process management in IT, preferably related to ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL and process frameworks
  • Ability to lead workshops and facilitate requirement gathering
  • Experience of working closely with both business and IT
  • Relevant academic education in IT, management or equivalent
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
