Process Leader in ServiceNow

Sopra Steria is looking for a Process Leader in ServiceNow to lead and develop processes related to the ServiceNow platform for customers. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in process development and leadership in IT, preferably linked to ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in process development and process leadership in IT, preferably linked to ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• A deep understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and process frameworks.
• The ability to lead workshops and facilitate requirement collection.
• Experience of working closely with both business and IT.
• Relevant academic education in IT, management, or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
