Join our team as a Product Design Intern and work on creating new and compelling experiences for Global 500 companies. You will be part of the Experience Team, working on some of ServiceNow's highest visibility offerings, including the Platform UI, Agent Workspace, Service Portal, and the mobile app. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team of experts in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, and Front-End Development, and develop your current skills even further and add even more skills to your toolbox.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a degree (Bachelors or Masters) in the fields of Design, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related disciplines
  • Proficient using Figma, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools
  • Understands user interface design, heuristic methods, or other usability evaluation techniques, perception, cognition, task analysis, experimental design and statistics
