Product Operations Analyst-2

As a Digital Product Analyst at Safelite, you will partner with Product Managers to ensure products support technicians and associates in the field and make it easy for customers to schedule and manage auto glass appointments. You will analyze AB test outcomes, recommend new iterations, and visualize key metrics to communicate out to product, marketing, and exec teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years: Using Google Analytics or similar web tools
• 1-3 years: Using Quantum Metric or similar digital user monitoring tools
• 1-3 years: Using development team tools like Jira and ServiceNow ticket systems
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in workflows and propose solutions to streamline operations
