Product Owner, Operations is responsible for translating product strategy into tasks for development, working closely with UI/UX and engineering resources, and serving as a product ambassador both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 2+ year track record of success in product management building SaaS solutions for B2B markets using Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe methodologies
  • Experience with workflow solutions (ServiceNow, BMC, etc.) or in the K-12 market
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, IS, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology (Asana, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Understanding of business value related to features and functions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making
