As a ServiceNow Program Manager, you’ll drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of ServiceNow Programs with our customers, overseeing various program aspects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years ServiceNow Consulting and/or implementation experience
- Excellent presentation skills – verbal and written
- Fluent in English and French
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's core functionalities, on one or more areas: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM,...
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Requirements Summary
