Visa is seeking a Project Analyst to lead a Team of Teams (TofT) for one of VCS portfolios. The ideal candidate will provide oversight and governance on delivery of all product and technology initiatives, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless and timely planning, and execution. The position requires an experienced professional with strong technical experience and skill sets who understands how to bring all the key technology and platform components and services together to make sure we can deliver scalable and robust products and solutions for VCS.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in at least one agile project management tool: Rally, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, ServiceNow, Version One, etc.
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills with ability to negotiate and influence change
- Scaled Agile Certification (SAFe for Teams, Leading SAFe, Implementing SAFe, SAFe for Release Train Engineers)
