Project Coordinator - ATM Deployment role is responsible for managing all aspects of ATM installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects. The role requires excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma or relevant industry experience
- 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Ability to build and influence schedules to meet specific criteria and contract bound timelines
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNow
- Strong ability to listen well and give clear and unambiguous instructions to all parties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship/organization skills
- Excellent track record of project success
