Project Coordinator

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects and initiatives within the Business Network Services portfolio in Enterprise Technology. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of using modern work management and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Slack, ServiceNow, etc)
• 2-4 years of using project management tools (Clarity, Smartsheet, Tableau etc)
• 2-4 years of project schedules, financials, takeaways, etc
• 1-3 years of data analysis including providing data metrics, data visualization, data reports to executive leadership.
• 1-3 years of data mesh, ensuring data is shared across multiple tools, teams, or lines of business
