Perform onsite onboarding duties, orient new users to the FDOT environment, assist users with time sheet maintenance, coordinate hiring activities, and other tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Experience in onboarding and training employees.
- Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts
- Experience working on agile project teams.
- Experience assisting or managing small projects.
- Experience in monitoring and facilitating audit processes.
- Experience in working with large teams (75+) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests.
- Experience working with all levels of management in a professional capacity.
- Experience working in a team environment while also being independently productive.
