The ServiceNow QA Lead is responsible for overseeing testing efforts, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of the platform, and leading a team of testers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software testing
- 3+ years in ServiceNow QA leadership
- Strong experience with both manual testing and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
- Experience with test management tools (Jira, ALM, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, ATF, or other relevant certifications) is a plus
