Requirements
- 5-7 years of Front Office, Executive Assistant or Project/Team Coordination experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Systems including Outlook, TEAMS, Excel, Power Point, Word
- Understanding of ServiceNow (desired, but not required)
- Understanding of CCure Access Control and Envoy Visitor Management software (desired but not required.)
- Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
