The CBO Receptionist is responsible for providing front-line service to all service provision within the GOUNH, ensuring client satisfaction and representing the United Nations. The role involves providing presentable front-desk service, screening and routing incoming requests, and providing information and assistance to staff and visitors.
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in administration, hospitality, or programme support services
- Experience in the use of corporate Service Request Management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
