Release Manager for George (all humans)

Requirements

• Experience in Release Management with a strong understanding of Change and Incident Management processes
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to synchronise activities between development, support, and infrastructure teams
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and international partners
• Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of service management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar)
• Comfortable working in a highly international environment
