Requirements

• Experience in Release Management with a strong understanding of Change and Incident Management processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of service management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar).
