ServiceNow is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to negotiate renewal contracts, develop win/win negotiation strategies, and maintain an understanding of ServiceNow licensing models. The ideal candidate has experience in leveraging AI in work processes, 5+ years of success in renewal account management, and financial services renewals sales background.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 5+ years demonstrated success in a Renewal Account Management or Customer Success capacity.
  • Financial Services renewals sales background is preferred

Benefits

  • base pay of $82,320 - $135,870, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
