ServiceNow is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Renewals Subscriptions Analytics Manager to support the renewal sales process by ensuring contract accuracy, entitlement compliance, and seamless transitions into new subscription terms.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Experience in renewals operations, licensing compliance, contract administration, or SaaS entitlements management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, identify trends, and flag compliance risks.
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based SaaS licensing models, renewal workflows, and entitlement structures.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms to track renewals and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve entitlement issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
