Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Experience in renewals operations, licensing compliance, contract administration, or SaaS entitlements management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data, identify trends, and flag compliance risks.
- Deep understanding of subscription-based SaaS licensing models, renewal workflows, and entitlement structures.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms to track renewals and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve entitlement issues proactively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
- Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all transactions.
