Retention Solution Consultant

We are seeking a Retention Solution Consultant to join our Solution Consulting team. As a technical consultant, you will partner with the Technical Account Management team to develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention. You will work across the ServiceNow ecosystem, providing product-specific solutions to customers, and driving long-term partnerships with ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, professional services or similar job functions
• Territory management skills, including managing pipeline and working with Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence
