Risk Monitoring and Escalation, Business Risk Manager - VP

Join Citi as a Business Risk Manager - VP and be part of a global financial institution's risk management team. You will lead program management governance forums, interact with senior stakeholders, and influence business decisions. The role requires experience in risk management, control functions, and workflow management.

Requirements

• Risk management and control functions experience
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business, risk, compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams
• Solid financial services implementation experience or related risk and control function
• Experience in workflow management / implementation and corresponding technology (Angular/jBPM, ServiceNow, Pega), with jBPM experience preferred
• Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for influencing senior management decisions
• Ability to operate autonomously in order to make independent, strategic, and thoughtful decisions in order to identify and remediate problems and realize efficiencies across the function
