Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in application support or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL), system integrations, and APIs is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
