Homecare Homebase is hiring a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Administrator to manage and scale our RPA capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with UiPath RPA software and tools, and will be responsible for overseeing the UiPath environment, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our RPA systems, and facilitating effective integrations with ServiceNow and other ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an RPA administrator, specifically with UiPath products.
- Strong understanding of UiPath components (Studio, Robots, Orchestrator).
- Experience managing and creation of dashboards using UiPath Insights
- Experience in managing backlogs and supporting the development lifecycle of RPA processes.
- Hands-on experience in integrating UiPath with ServiceNow and configuring ticketing workflows.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python,.Net etc.
- Familiarity with database management and basic SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
