SaaS Platform and Operational Lead (Hybrid)

ICF is seeking an experienced SaaS Platform and Operational Lead and SME based in Rockville, MD to support adoption of emerging digital technologies and platforms, and the implementation and management of data sources that make these tools effective.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, Okta, M365, Palantir, GitHub, Atlassian/Jira, Datadog, Qualtrics etc.
• 5+ years of proven experience in software platform management, including team leadership and project management.
• 5+ years of experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
