Staging/MPS Technician position available at imageOne's Oak Park facility. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, attention to detail, and upholding the company's core values. This part-time position requires 4 hours/day, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Experience in printer repair
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Safety compliance
- Operation of a lift gate
- Ability to load delivery vans
- Service mind set oriented
- Preferred: HP, Xerox, and Canon manufacturer certifications
- Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
- Preferred: ServiceNow and EA
- Experience with 3rd party print-based solutions
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
