As a Printer Technician for imageOne's Oak Park facility, you will be responsible for proactive and reactive services on devices, coordinating with technical partners, and promoting excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in printer repair
• HP, Xerox, and Lexmark manufacturer certifications (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
• ServiceNow and EA (preferred)
• Experience with 3rd party print-based solutions
• Printer Logic, HP Security Manager, and LRS (preferred)
• High attention to detail and follow through
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Alignment with ImageOne core values
