We're looking for a Sales Engineer with at least 7 years of experience in network monitoring/management or cloud services to join our established sales organization. You'll work with experienced Account Executives to help them get the most out of their infrastructure through our Automation Engine for AIOps solution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or a similar role, with a focus on GSI partnerships.
  • Expertise in AIOps, observability tools, and ITSM platforms such as ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and DevOps practices.
