Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience in a hands-on technical/development role
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows
  • Proficient in HTML, Javascript, Lightning Design System (SLDS) and CSS
  • Competent in integrating external systems with Salesforce
  • Must have project experience related to the following: Development (Apex, LWC, Flows), Omni Channel
  • Must have the following Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of initiative
  • Willingness to gain knowledge and develop skills through participation in Innovior’s Salesforce certification plan.
  • Basic business analyst and consulting skill, including engaging customers, obtaining requirements, identifying gaps, gathering information needed for application design and development.
  • Extensive experience as a Software Developer within an Agile development environment
