We are looking for a Service Analyst to work with the Analytics Service Lead on AstraZeneca's new SAP analytics and AI capabilities. As an SAP Analytics Service Analyst, you will contribute to ITIL-based process design, service introduction, and managing operations on ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Proven experience of service management.
- ITIL qualification.
- Team leadership and building teams.
- Managing outsourced service providers.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GxP, GPDR, SOX).
- Knowledge of SAP ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere and Collibra.
- Process digitisation and automation.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
