Lead and manage SAP Basis projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee the end-to-end SAP Basis migration processes, including both homogeneous and heterogeneous migrations.
Requirements
- Seniority: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including migrations involving Cloud databases.
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis architecture, migration techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in leading teams, managing workloads, and collaborating with Delivery Leads (DLs).
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure smooth project execution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
