Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business information systems or a comparable field
• In-depth experience in the field of operations or service management
• Outstanding knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow as well as experience with the use of frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• A structured working team player with good analytical-conceptual skills, who works very independently
• Very good German and English knowledge in writing and speaking
