SAP PP/MM- Business Analyst

Silicon Labs is seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Analyst to support and manage functions in SAP Transactional system. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of SAP in PP and MM areas and experience in Process industry. The role involves collaborating with Managed Services - SAP functional and technical team, SAP lead, business owners and other technology teams to provide application support and resolve functional system issues.

Requirements

• Strong & detailed understanding and hands-on experience 5+ SAP in PP and MM Areas and experience in Process industry preferred.
• Good understanding of Cross functional SAP modules and integrations within SAP
• Experience in SAP Production planning integration with other areas.
• Experience in SAP Batch Management
• Inventory Management
• Good understanding in Handling Unit management added advantage
• Experience in SAP setting up Stock Transport order
• Experience in SAP Purchase Requisition and Purchase order Release Procedure
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in different locations
• Self-motivated to keep knowledge and skills in line with the latest product features and best practices
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative as needed
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with a variety of software productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.
• Hi-tech industry experience & knowledge of o9 or external planning tool is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP ERP – Modules PP and MM
• Full life cycle SAP project implementation in one or two modules preferred
• 2+ Years of experience working with vendor managed services - SAP team
