ScienceLogic Engineer (SL1)

GDIT is seeking a Sr. ScienceLogic Engineer to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Center for Information Technology (CIT) Operations Management Support (OMS) team located in Bethesda, MD. The position will require supporting the SL1 platform, to include all upgrades and maintenance; enhancement of system features and configurations; and responding to customer requests for custom monitoring needs.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain and support a healthy infrastructure for a highly visible 24x7x365 monitoring environment
• 5+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and daily administration of ScienceLogic SL1 at version 12.x or higher
• 5+ Years utilizing ServiceNow Ticketing system
• Experience with user training and writing documentation
