ServiceNow is looking for an SEC Reporting Manager to manage the SEC reporting process and ensure financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP. The role will report to the Sr. Director, SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SEC reporting
- Minimum 3-4 years of Big Four public accounting experience
- BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA required
- Experience with Workiva and SAP
