The Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork, and support other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow. They will have experience with ServiceNow implementation or development, including ITSM and other modules, and will work with a global ServiceNow team to implement the platform across all global locations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation or development
- Experience with ITSM and other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM)
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrade
