Senior Agile Delivery Manager

The Senior Agile Delivery Manager will drive and deliver projects related to enhancing and improving Tanium's back-office applications, automate workflows, and reimagine processes to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or any related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Agile certification(s) preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
• Prior experience with Agile Methodologies - Kanban and SCRUM
• Prior experience in Business Systems and IT applications and related integrations
• Solid experience with one or more of our key CRM and ERP platforms, with an emphasis on Salesforce, Netsuite and Coupa
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
• Agile tool suite (i.e., JIRA, ServiceNow, Kanbanize)
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail
• Superb collaboration skills; Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow through and drive the work forward

Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $95,000 to $290,000
