Requirements
- Provide intermediate to expert knowledge and support for all systems supported by the department
- Assist Supervisor to create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and maintenance thereof
- Manage ServiceNow ticket queue to ensure resolution within SLA parameters
- Perform project and service programming, third-party service vendor scheduling, and remediation of service issues
- Complete tasks as assigned by Facility and Security Technology management
- Complete daily operations, conducting routine maintenance and performance analysis on supported systems
- Participate in hardware/software lifecycle management
