Bank of America is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Architect (STA) to support strategic internal programs at the bank. The STA will lead large and complex workstreams to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully implemented and maintained. As a STA, you will be a key person on the strategic vision for the bank’s ServiceNow Global Development Team that supports all initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Define and maintain the target architecture for the product and platform features in alignment with strategy
- Enforce platform engineering and development standards
- Ensure product team design and implementation strategy is in alignment with target state architecture
- Provide input to and sign off on implementation design for complex features
- Manage ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
- Engage with development teams to review lower level design, ensure use of leading practices and standards; and review post development
- Anticipate work dependency across various platform features and applications and advise on potential collision scenarios
- Help product and development teams break down complex requirements for features and integrations into manageable development units and help establish order of activities
- Assist development teams with triaging and resolving on features and integrations during all phases
- Guide development teams on use of platform development tools and features
