MassMutual India is seeking a Senior Associate, Data to join their team. The job requires good working knowledge in writing complex SQL queries, ETL tools, Docker/Kubernetes environment, and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills. The role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, building relationships with functional units, and working under pressure to manage competing priorities.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge in writing complex SQL queries
- Good knowledge of ETL tools – Talend/Ab Initio preferred
- Good knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes environment
- Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
- Strong software development and debug/troubleshooting skills
- Advanced ability to research, analyze and recommend improvements to the organization’s use of the software applications
- Advanced skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Prior Production Support experience
- Good knowledge of database programing and data modeling is plus
- Working knowledge of Gitlabs, Jira, AWS console (cloudwatch) and incident management systems like ServiceNow and/or PagerDuty
- Experience working in a regulated industry, knowledge of finance or insurance a plus
