- At least 4+ years of experience on Service Now Platform development in modules like ITSM, HRSD, GRC, ITAM etc
- Excellent technical skills in java, java script and Angular JS including experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
