Senior Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to drive automation initiatives across our global IT infrastructure landscape, designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable self-service capabilities across IT services.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, automation, or DevOps roles
• Strong experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Rundeck, etc.)
• Proficient with Windows and Linux system administration, including user management, patching, and configuration
• Experience automating across enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, VMware, Azure/AWS, ServiceNow, and endpoint management tools
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and enterprise IT operations
• Familiar with REST APIs, webhooks, and data parsing (JSON, XML) for system integrations
