Senior Business Analyst (Azure DevOps and ServiceNow)

McLaren Strategic Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Finance, Full Stack Development, Business Analytics, and/or Software Implementation, with a strong knowledge of financial services applications and experience with Azure DevOps/JIRA and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• Identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs
• Develop and enhance Business Applications or tools by selecting, tailoring, and implementing third-party packages, tools, or components
• Provide production support for all lines of business users
• Use creative skills to identify and recommend business automation and application improvement solutions
• Product Owner functions for vendor applications, including strategic planning, tactical execution, and delivering measurable business value
• Develop Test Cases and Test Applications thoroughly when implementing system modifications, upgrades, disaster recovery, etc., utilizing users where appropriate
• Support internal and external customers as a business consultant and problem solver with an emphasis on extraordinary customer service
