The Senior Business Analyst (IAM) acts as a liaison between technical and business teams, responsible for defining and documenting IAM business systems requirements and ensuring technology solutions enhance and support the identity governance and administration (IGA) business operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and/or related work experience in systems or application in business analyst or development
- 5+ years of experience writing technical specifications, preferably at a financial services company
- 5+ years working knowledge in IAM platforms (eg SailPoint, Saviynt, ServiceNow, Splunk, Varonis) preferred
- 5+ years working knowledge in IGA functions (eg access request, certification, application onboarding, new joiner, mover, leaver) preferred
