Senior Business Systems Analyst- ServiceNow

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst- ServiceNow to lead, analyze, and test activities on medium to large size priority initiatives. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and expertise in the Business Continuity Management (BCM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules of ServiceNow. The BSA will act as a lead liaison between technical, project, and governance teams to close gaps, enhance, and maintain the BCM, IRM, and CMDB modules.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree/diploma in a technical field or equivalent
• Extensive experience as a BSA or relevant role in the implementation and/or enhancement of the BCM, IRM, and CMDB modules of ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and processes
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of APIs and Integrations and how they impact BCM, IRM, and CMDB modules in ServiceNow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record delivering against medium to large complex projects
