The Senior Consultant - AI & Automation will assess customer infrastructure, design and implement automation solutions, and integrate AI and ML capabilities into automation workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI, automation, and/or software development
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or RPA
- Experience with automation platforms such as ServiceNow, MS System Center, Opentext Automation Center, Ansible, Terraform,
- Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
- Experience with IT operations and automation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
